Self-imposed time wasters!

‘So many words, so much to do, so little done . . . ‘
Tennyson

You have to be highly disciplined and focussed to reach your goals and aspirations in life. While working towards your goals, you should be aware of the factors that may interrupt your progress.

As you close the day, watch for the following self-imposed time wasters.
1. Insufficient planning
2. Inability or failure to anticipate
3. Vague or poorly defined goals
4. Unrealistic time estimates
5. Procrastination
6. Accepting more than what you could manage
7. Your mistakes
8. Going too much into details
9. Ineffective delegation
10. Excessive control
11. Interrupting others
12. Over-socialising
13. Inability to terminate visits
14. Preoccupation and mind wandering
15. Emotional upsets
16. Lack of discipline
17. Lack of assertiveness

Any other?
